As an Export Customer Lead, you’ll own the customer experience for your designated global market. You’ll be the trusted link between our customers, our Commercial Sales team, and our internal Planning and Production teams — ensuring every order is managed with precision, care, and a premium standard of service.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving and proactive communication. Someone who enjoys working with data to uncover insights and improve performance and wants to make a real impact in a growing global brand. This is not an entry level position - we need someone who is a seasoned professional who can seamlessly hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage export documentation, MPI Health Certificates, and port connect requirements

• Partner with global Supply Chain teams and shipping lines to keep orders moving

• Maintain shipping schedules, escalate risks, and report key KPIs

• Analyse data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities

• Lead improvement initiatives within your market and across the team

• Enhance reporting and analytics to support better decision-making

 Key requirements:

• Strong customer relationship management experience in export, supply chain or FMCG

• Experience managing order processing, customer communication, and shipment coordination.

• Understanding of export logistics, including documentation, MPI requirements, shipping schedules, and vessel bookings

• Analytical skills – able to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights for improvement.

• Competence in using ERP or order management systems (experience in export environments a bonus).

• Strong Microsoft Excel and general data-handling skills.

• High energy, enthusiasm, and resilience — thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

• Collaborative and willing to work cross-functionally.
