Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of financial operations across the ZIWI Group, ensuring strong controls and reliable reporting. You will lead AP, AR, and Payroll teams, optimise core processes, and support strategic financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial transactions, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Lead the AP function ensuring accuracy and compliance (other functions eg AR / Payroll may be added as the role progresses)
• Drive process improvement, automation, and system enhancements
• Partner with Commercial Finance, FP&A, Operations, and global finance teams
• Liaise with auditors and banking partners
• Support finance-related projects such as system transitions or integrations
• Promote strong safety, quality, and governance practices

Key requirements

• 5–7+ years’ experience in finance operations or leadership (FMCG a plus)
• Proven experience managing AP, AR, and Payroll
• Strong financial control, reconciliation, and process improvement capability
• ERP system experience and a detail-driven, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to prioritise, lead a small team, and work independently
• Private Equity exposure; experience with ERP or payroll transitions would be a bonus.
