· Analyse demand changes, production constraints and supply risks, developing practical solutions and contingency plans.
· A positive attitude, resilience and a willingness to contribute to a fun, high-performing team culture.
· Build trusted relationships across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Experience, Sales and Finance to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
· Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, systems and ways of working to support our growth journey.
You'll also bring:
· Experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning or Supply Chain Planning within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
