The role of Senior Production Operator is a supervisory but a hands-on role, focussed on meeting production targets and ensuring standards and procedures are met on a daily basis.

As this is a senior role, you will need to have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment (pet preferred, but not essential), you will be a reliable, keen team player, with good relationship building skills and a genuine desire to grow within the business.

This is a full-time permanent role on day shift working Monday to Thursday from 6am to 6pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production equipment in line with SOPs
• Working within a team to exceed production targets
• Proactively working to improve efficiencies
• Step in for the Team Leader if required

The Person We Are Seeking Will Have:

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment (2 years+)
• Good written and verbal skills
• Physically fit – our roles involve lifting 25kg of frozen meat
• Food Safety Quality knowledge (HCAAP knowledge highly desirable)
